The unique nature of the materials used and the bespoke design of the structures mean conventional access and cleaning techniques are generally not suitable.
With our team of extensively qualified and experienced operatives we tailor our approach to suit your site specific requirements. We can do this through the use of rope access techniques, often eliminating the need for heavy, expensive access machinery or scaffold.
In addition, not only is rope access working now widely regarded as the safest method of working at height available it is also a very environmentally friendly method of carrying out these tasks.
These feature canopies are specialist structures and require specialist maintenance to ensure that the maximum expected lifespan is obtained, they main optimal appearance and they continue to perform as designed. Our service would also ensure that any insurance, building regulation and health and safety requirements regarding the upkeep of the structures are met.
We offer a number of services in this area:
- independent inspections for structures approaching the end of their defect/warranty period
- one off cleans to top and/or underside of fabric and steel
- long term pro-active maintenance programme for your structure which would include annual safety inspections, yearly topside cleaning, and underside and steel cleaning as required
- we can also provide emergency repairs should the situation arise
