Canopy Refurbishment
After a number of years without regular maintenance the structures at the Dyson Office complex were in need of some serious TLC.Both the fabric and steel components of the two structures were in a poor condition. Hi-Maintenance undertook a full clean to top and underside of the fabric membranes and a full refurbishment of the steel frameworks. This involved the removal of the existing, flaking paintwork, removal and treatment of the corroded areas and then finally top coating with the new colour scheme.
The outcome of this refurbishment is a “nearly new” looking structure, revitalising the main entrance to the complex.
